MIA updates.....

Again , MIA quite a long period…..and here the mass update for my blog again for 2009.

August
Father Birthday
Celebration for my dad’s birthday at the downtown east chalet where we stay over for two nights. Have dinner at the Pasir Ris park seafood restaurant then cake cutting. Of course, the kids are having fun in the room. On the following day we went to Wild Wild Wet and OMG it was super packed with people (人山人海) then we have BBQ where the kids busy lighting their sparkles from the BBQ pit.

MIL Birthday
Celebration for my mother in law’s birthday. Wow MIL was already 70 yrs old this year so my SIL and BIL prepared the dinner at her place then with big plate of “寿桃” and cake. See how lovely the couple is after so many years and difficulties they have gone through.

September
Ian’s Birthday
My two most previous person in life are celebrating their birthday this month. First, Ian who have like 4 birthday celebration with his school then Kwok’s family followed by Chan’s Family and our dear friends.

Daddy’s Birthday
As for daddy birthday we just have a nice dinner and without any cake. Daddy was more excited to celebrate his son birthday then himself.

Gathering
1) Ex-IBM lunch mates
Hweeling back for holiday hence we girls met up for a catch up session and of course makan session too.

October
Vegetarian Month
Medicine Buddha Festival hence need to be on vegetarian for a month and praying.

November
Ian’s concert performance
Ian ever first performance at Jubilee hall – Raffles Hotel organized by Kinderland. Ian was acting as one the dwarf called Sleepy. Hmm quite suit him…

Part time course
Busy with the final papers and examination for my part time course on DIPLOMA IN APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY. Well just don’t ask me whether I can read a person mind by just talking to the person once or looking at them. Overall, the course is interested and eye opener for me to understand more on human behavior.

Would suggest you to go study or read up more on this area.

CAUTIOUS some bosses might think that you are trying to SWITCH LINE to education. Why it happened on me?

Gathering
Gathering with lenovian at Lynette place…surprising this round we don’t have any picture taken. Most probably was due to the MOTHER TO BE – IRIS is pregnant and dun want to appear in the picture. Hahaha…

Mum’s injured her right shoulder and ear.
Before mum reached genting, she had a bad fall from the coach resulted a torn ear and fracture collar bone. She have to stitches her torn ear together and wait patiently for the bone to heal on their own else need operate to put a metal plate in it.

December
Busier month of the year
1) Christmas dinner with 3na, Law and xx at Swiss café at Raffles city.
2) Ian went for overnight camp at Underwater world with school. Ian was extremely excited with the trip and keep telling me that he saw that and this. As usual would like to go there again.
3) Bought Ian to his favourite super hero musical play : Ben 10 Power of the Omnitrix.
4) Attending Joanne’s ROM Wedding Reception and Cousin’s Wedding at Shangari la Hotel on 13th Dec.
5) Family trip to Genting with my second brother’s family for 4 days 3 nights (14th Dec till 17th Dec). Kids enjoyed the trip most…as parent are just like their “Gen Ban”.
6) Day out to Zoo on 18th Dec with Ian and Daddy where we watch Ian playing at the splash pool under hot sun.
7) Father in law’s birthday celebration at their place on 19th Dec
8) Gathering with Jenny and Kim’s family on 19th Dec to do X’mas gift exchange and catch up at Downtown East.
9) 冬至 celebration at my in-law place, busy making the 汤圆 while daddy busy cooking.
10) Day one in SNGS on 21st Dec
11) 冬至 on 22nd Dec at my parent place and busy queuing at Golden mile market to buy the 汤圆 but super disappointed with it as it was TOO SWEET just like drinking sugar syrup and peanut taste.
12) On 24th Dec, Celebration amongst ourselves where we bought Ian to watch Alvin and the chipmuck at vivo city and dinner at Carlo Junior. Then head home to count down.
13) On 25th Dec, Christmas celebration cum pot luck at my parent’s place.
14) On 26th Dec, Christmas Celebration at my place with Janice, Evelyn and Peizhen.
15) On 29th Dec, Myself and mark received our post X’mas Present.
16) On 31st Dec, Birthday celebration for Kylie then NY countdown at PeiZhen’s place.
17) On 01st Jan, Attended Cousin’s wedding at Singapore Expo.
18) On 02nd Jan, Go out to beach with Janice, Evelyn and Peizhen’s family but without my little boy as he stay over at his cousin place. Then I went shopping with Janice & Peizhen at Metro Expo Sales then and dinner.
19) On 03rd Jan, FINALLY can relax and rest at home to prepare to start the BRAND new year on 04th Jan.
