Counting Down

Counting down for two BIG events :

1) Ian's Primary 1 Enrollment
Ian going to turn 7 years old next year and need to enrol him to Primary 1 this year July. In our estate, there're presitage schools like "PeiChun Primary", "St Andrew Junior" to neighborhood schools like "Kheng Cheng" and "First Toa Payoh" for selection. Like all parents, we would like to give or help to provide best to our child. Hence, Mark and I have decided to enrol Ian to "St Andrew Junior" given our son's character.

Problem that we might encounter...."Balloting" as we can only enrol under Phase 2C within 1km. Let's all pray this year all within 1km there's no balloting.

Sad thing is that i can't do the enrollment myself as will be on confinement from End July to End August. Hence, Papa Mark have to do the enrollment for Ian. Knowing papa Mark, have write down a list of things for him to do as below :

1) Goto MOE website or Teletext on 2nd August to check the vacancy available
2) Goto the school on either 3 or 4 August to do the registeration and bring along the below :
- Birth Certificate
- NRIC of both parents
- Deed polls
- Immunisation Certificates
3) Wait for the result on 13th August

2) Arrival of Baby Renee
Will be meeting Baby Renee in another 7 weeks time (Planned to C-section on 28th July 2010) at "Thomson Medical Centre" as highly recommended by most friends. Nowadays, was busy with all the preparation for Baby Renee and also like to thank you friends for the hand me down items too.

Items - Checked
Playpen, Mattress, Stroller, Infant Car Seat, Infant Clothes, Milk bottles, Baby Carrier, Baby body care items, Disposable and Cloth diapers. bath tub, bedsheet and milk warmer

Items to get
Steriliser(Getting from baby meadow as only $49.90 and pending delivery), Dozen of bottles to store breastmilk(Anyone have these), Bean spout or latex bolester ?,Confinement food stuffs...(think will get them in July).

Lastly, did i miss out anything to buy???

Finally, give a check list for daddy to do before our discharge :
- Fixed the new curtain in masterbed room
- Clean Aircon and Ceiling Fans cum general house route cleaning
- Setup Play pen and convert study room for confinement uses.
- Fetch Confinement Lady if require
