Finally we got our new house

Finally after the 2nd HDB appointment on 26th Sept, we officially take over the new house at Toa Payoh Block 14A.

Prior the 2nd appointment, HDB required us to make a final look at the new house. Hence, we arranged with the agent to view the house on 25th Sept. Everything seem fine, till i reached the bedrooms as the previous owner have removed all wardrode doors from the wall mounted wardrode. When questioned the agent, the agent told me that we have agreed the owner to remove the doors? Since when? Cause we only remember they told us they want to remove the hanging light only. Another lesson learned NEVER NEVER agreed with anyone in verbal.

Then when we turned up for the 2nd appointment, normally the HDB officer will ask you "Are you satisfy with the flat?" But the officer did not asked us, so i raise the question to him "If the wardrode are build in, can the previous owner remove the door?" You know what the officer did, he simply turned and smile at the previous owner then reply you have to sort it out with the owner. Then i asked "Isn't the door belong to fixed features in the valuation report? " The same answer was given by the officer again.

In order not to spoil my mood, i just walked out the room and don't even want to talk or look at both the officer and preivous owner.

As the point that we need to pay the agent, he apologised that he have not control over the previous owner and ask us to invite him for housewarming.

Nope don't think i will want to see this agent anymore.
