Admitted to Mt Alvernia

On 11st Sept 8pm went back to Mt Alvernia to see the doctor on my condition. Luckily the doctor that see me on 06th Sept is on shift. So he quickly check on me and have me to try out another kind of antibiotic. After taking the medicine within 30mins i throw out. So have to be admitted for treatment as most probably i have not being absorbing any of the medication.
Besides, started to developed wheezing and tight chest pain.

After 1hr 30mins of waiting for registration, was given a 6-bedded ward as hospital is almost full and they run out of single, 2-bedded or 4 bedded room. Sigh....but quite luck that i have a bed next to the window facing a garden and oversee the new express way.

Once settle in the ward, doctor/nurses start given me drip me and they have tried to poke my left hand by twisting the needle (OMG....it is damn painful lor almost want to cry out). Since not successful with my left hand then they decided to move to my right hand to drip. After a few minutes the drip is finally setup but me still in great pain as they still twist and turn the needle to my vein.... : ( .

Was on drip for next 24hrs, then hooked me up with respirator and start injecting different kind of medication into the drip (think there are at least 3~4 types). Then follow by inhaler then some coughing mixtures, flu pills, anti swollen pills, fever pills, anti vomiting pill, Stomach protection pill and etc.... the list are long as there are at least 10 different types of medication.

Then on 12th Sept, an head X-ray was done to check on the airway or respiratory system. Blood tests and phlegm tests. In late afternoon, i started to feel much better with all the loads of medication as i have stopped vomiting and have better appetite to eat. However, was not allow to discharge as need to stay for observation.

Dad and Mum came over in the morning to keep me occupied as it is very boring in the ward without any TV and surrounded with all old women. Nothing to discuss with them lor and have language barrier. After lunch medication, started to feel very dizzy then went to sleep from 2pm till 5pm. Wow the medication it really taking effect as it have knock me off almost within 15mins.

Then was happy to see my colleagues drop by to cheer me up for the evening. As well as daddy was accompany till i sleep. Thank you dear...** Munck**

On 13th Sept, was feeling very energetic hence request the doctor to discharge me. Luckily she agreed else it is going to be very boring saturday for me. After discharged have to pop over to her clinic to pick up some medication and to my surprize i was given another 8 types of medication on top of those 2 given to me during discharged. Oh my gods...i have to start popping 10 different types of medication every day. **Faint**

Will be back for medical review on 16th Sept and will be resting at home till then.
